ABENA San Special F3 is our anatomically shaped incontinence product designed specifically for faecal incontinence. The pad can be used for both faecal and urinary incontinence and has a textile-like light green backsheet for optimal comfort and discretion. The incontinence product has leakage barriers that ensure that faeces stay in the incontinence product. The effective core with Top-Dry technology provides fast absorption and a dry surface, even after repeated urination, ensuring optimal skin balance and increasing comfort. The fully breathable pads are equipped with standing leakage barriers combined with built-in cross barriers at the front and back, providing 360-degree leakage protection. The combination of these functionalities helps to protect the skin and maintain a natural skin balance. The odour system minimises the risk of unpleasant smells. The wetness indicator helps the user and caregiver to find the product with the right absorption level and the right time to change the product. The dermatologically tested products carry the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. ABENA San Special should always be used with special fixation underwear, such as our ABENA Fix products. The fixation pants ensure a snug fit and reduce the risk of leaks.

ABENA San Special should always be used with special fixation underwear, such as our ABENA Fix products. The fixation pants ensure that the pad is kept close to the body and reduces the risk of leakage. Pull the fixation pants up to the middle of your legs. Fold the pad lengthwise to create a bowl shape with the back facing outwards. Pass the pad between your legs from front to back. Place the top edge of the pad at the tailbone. Spread the back of the diaper horizontally to create a cup shape between the legs. Use the wet indicator to check if the product is positioned exactly in the centre. Fold the pad out horizontally in front. Pull the fixation pants up into place. See our fitting instructions for detailed information.
