Abena kinesiology tape is made from a blend of cotton and spandex, ensuring optimal elasticity and comfort. The elastic fibre structure improves blood flow and helps to reduce muscle tension, as well as supporting the activation and offloading of muscles. This makes the tape ideal for recovery and prevention of sports injuries, as well as for support of tendons and joints. The tape is latex-free.

Instructions for use/application

Apply the tape directly to the skin. The best results are achieved if the skin is clean and dry. The tape can be used for up to 7 days, but it is recommended to change every 3 days to achieve the best possible effect. Cut the tape into suitable lengths, then round the corners. Apply the tape as instructed according to your needs.
